Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

Quality Issues: If you receive coffee that is damaged, defective, or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@curationgrounds.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent at no charge, and you may keep or dispose of the incorrect item.

Unopened Products: Unopened coffee products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee products unless there is a quality or defect issue.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact us at info@curationgrounds.com 
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable
4. Ship the item back to the address provided (you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
